The ministries of the church are carried out through Ministry Teams. The Ministry Team Leader and the team's Elder liaison have the freedom to assemble a team to carry out the ministries assigned for the coming year.

The following is offered as an explanation of the various Ministry Teams. The heart of ministry is not a list of duties that are rigidly assigned. The heart of ministry is a caring involvement by voluntary team members who see needs to be met, and seek to easily or sacrificially meet those needs.
