Job Title: Worship / Tech Director
Reports to: Executive Pastor
Position Status: Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per/week)
Purpose:
The role of the Worship / Tech Director is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ in his life and while performing the duties of this position. This role provides leadership for the Sunday morning worship services in the teaching of biblical truth through worship music. This individual leads in the shepherding and developing of worship leaders, music team members, and tech team members. This role also provides leadership in the management of all aspects of church technology pertaining to media, IT, audio, video, website, and social media.

Essential Functions of Position:
- Shepherd and develop music worship leaders, music team members, and tech team members serving in the music and tech ministries of ACC.
- Create and facilitate opportunities for growth musically and spiritually for those engaged in the music and tech ministries of ACC.
- Responsible for the creation of the framework of the media used in worship services.
- Assist in managing the music library, providing theological evaluation of the music to be used in Sunday morning music worship.
- Submit a quarterly workplan, defining scope of targeted and prioritized projects.
- Provide IT support for church ministries and staff members.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and security of the church's computer networks, database, software infrastructure, and related technology equipment.
- Provide oversight for the setup and maintenance of all audio, video, and lighting equipment.
- Assist in the development and management of the church's website and social media platforms.
- Responsible for all purchases and inventory of equipment relating to audio/video, computer systems, networks, software, and other IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the pastor and other staff to plan worship services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Character evidence of the qualifications for spiritual leadership as found in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
- A self-starter who functions well in an environment with minimal oversight, able to creatively and effectively accomplish the work of the ministry.
- Display a character that is teachable, humble, and growing in the Fruit of the Spirit (as defined in Galatians 5:22-23).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading music worship and developing team members within a biblically based church environment.
- A minimum of 3 years’ related experience within an IT or audio/video role.
- Must possess proficiency in playing guitar or piano with experience in leading music with either instrument.
- Must possess skill or working knowledge of production-level audio equipment, speaker systems, monitoring systems, projectors/displays, and media software.
- Demonstrates proficiency with PC/Apple computers and operating environments, and experience in the use of Microsoft office, database software, and communication platforms.
- Must be a member (or commit to membership) of Antigo Community Church.
